We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
• You must provide the order number and a photo of the item
• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective

🔁 Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we’ll happily exchange it at no additional cost.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
